Additionally, a large part of Mr. Rubenstein’s practice is focused on handling appellate cases in the First and Twelfth Appellate Districts of Ohio and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

A third generation Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Mr. Rubenstein has extensive experience dealing with all varieties of criminal cases. While employed as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Rubenstein was assigned to the Appellate Division, Grand Jury Division, and the Felony Criminal Trial Division. Throughout his tenure as a prosecutor, he gained valuable experience prosecuting a wide variety of criminal cases at all levels.

Mr. Rubenstein left the prosecutor’s office to join his father, Jack C. Rubenstein, in Jack’s criminal defense practice. Jack has been successfully practicing law in Hamilton County for over forty-six years, and he is one of the preeminent criminal defense attorneys in Southern Ohio.
